The seminar "Good CV - Instant Job" took place at 09:30 on December 25, 2024 on the Microsoft Teams platform and ended successfully with the enthusiastic participation of more than 130 students from UIT. Although organized online, the program still achieved great success thanks to the active contributions of students and useful sharing from speaker Hoang Thi Phuc - Human Resources Director of Vexere and HR expert from TopCV Vietnam.

🌟 Here are the notable highlights of the seminar:
1️⃣ Practical perspective from employers: The speaker analyzed in detail how to build a professional CV, suitable for job requirements, through practical examples and interactive questions, helping participants have a deeper insight. 2️⃣ Mistakes to avoid when designing a CV: Students were shared about things to avoid in their CVs to avoid losing points in the eyes of employers.
3️⃣ Live CV analysis: Some CVs were selected and analyzed specifically by the speaker right at the seminar, along with the students' participation in evaluating a real CV to consolidate the knowledge they have learned.
4️⃣ Free TopCV Education VIP account: Everyone who attends and leaves information in the roll call section will receive an account worth 500,000 VND/12 months via email. This is a useful tool to support students in designing their CVs and developing their careers.

"Gala Hoa Nien 2024: Eternal Sea" was successfully held on December 7, with the participation of many students.
✨ At the ceremony, the Faculty of Software Technology was honored to welcome representatives from the Youth Union, Student Association of the University of Information Technology, along with the Faculty Board to attend and send congratulations to those who have achieved noble titles. Thereby, the faculty honored 51 individuals and 2 collectives with the titles of "Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings", "Advanced Youth Collective Following Uncle Ho's Teachings", "Outstanding Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings", "5 Good Students", "Outstanding 5 Good Students" at the Faculty level, "Students with positive contributions to the Youth Union - Association work", "Outstanding Youth Union - Association cadre".

**On November 6, 2024, the seminar "Journey to Orientate the Future" was successfully held as expected with the participation of more than 180 UIT students in Hall E. During the seminar, two speakers shared valuable information about participating in extracurricular activities at school, practical knowledge and skills to prepare for challenges in the working environment. In addition, students were also guided on how to apply knowledge from subjects to real projects, as well as being oriented on the development path for a software engineer with essential knowledge and skills.
🍀 Once again, the Academic Board would like to express our gratitude to the two speakers, Mr. Vo Duc Trung Hieu and Mr. Nguyen Hong Phuc, for taking the time to share their experiences and knowledge to help students have more perspectives on the IT industry and build the right path for themselves.
