MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                                                         

·         Manage tool configuration to ensure reliable production

·         Customize applications to facilitate the use of new applications and customizations

·         Avoid disruptions by implementing new changes with the least disruption to operations

·         Understand the bigger picture by using large-scale thinking when working on projects

·         Developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications;

·         Demonstrate knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services, the ability to code with Javascript, understanding of event driven development, understanding of database concepts and understanding of integration concepts between parties.

·         Learning about the latest developments in one or more aspects of computer programming.

·         Interface with internal and external technical teams to successfully test and deliver to project requirements.

·         Lastly, they are also responsible for ensuring that the software behaves as designed by testing it for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process.

SOME POINT WITH EXPERT:

·         Provide expertise for all technical issues related to development

·         Training, documentation, and support

·         Identify deficiencies and provide solutions

·         Collaborate with other administrators to develop solutions and changes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS                                                                                                          

·         At least 1+ year experience with JavaScript

·         Knowledge of markup languages like HTML and XML.

·         Familiarity with stylesheet languages like CSS.

·         Web development tools and techniques like .NET and AJAX.

·         Cloud computing expertise.

·         Mastering ServiceNow.

·         English is plus point.

·         Knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/ Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB a plus.

·         ServiceNow Admin Training a plus.

·         Experience with JSON a plus

·         Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and be able to work with forms, tables and navigate around in ServiceNow a plus.
