Notice of consideration of funding support and rewards for student scientific research in November 2024

The Department of University Training and Science and Technology announces the implementation of financial support and rewards for student scientific research in November 2024.

The implementation process is as follows:

1. Step 1: Students, PhD students, and PhD students fill in the scientific article information in the registration form: https://forms.gle/xJMzoF151facKuSPA and forward the Response Receipt to the email of the supervisor, students in the group, the Faculty Office, Student Affairs Office (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), the Department of University Training and Science and Technology (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), and the Office of the Department (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) (if they are students of the High Quality, Talented, and Advanced programs). This is considered an electronic form for processing by relevant units.

2. Step 2: According to each review period (June and November every year), the Faculties will review the scientific articles and send proposals for financial support and rewards to the Department of University Research and Technology

3. Step 3: The Department of University Research and Technology will coordinate with other relevant units (Department of Student Affairs, Department of Science and Technology) to implement according to regulations.
